NM Court of Appeals Schedules December 16, 10:00 AM Hearing

The New Mexico Court of Appeals has scheduled a hearing at the Pamela B. Minzner Law Center on Wednesday, December 16, 2015. The oral argument is open to the public and begins at 10:00 A.M.
A three-judge panel will preside: Judge James J. Wechsler, Judge Jonathan B. Sutin (’63), and Judge J. Miles Hanisee
Following are the details of the case:
NAUTILUS INSURANCE COMPANY, Plaintiff-Appellee, represented by Cord D. Borner
vs.
OHIO SECURITY INSURANCE COMPANY, Defendant-Appellant, represented by Robert A. Corchine and Jesika M. Ulibarri
This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee wherein the Fifth Judicial District Court concluded that Defendant-Appellant Ohio Security owed its insured, Norman/Dent Custom Homes, Inc., a duty to defend in the underlying action. Defendant-Appellant asserts that the allegations contained in the underlying complaint fall outside the provisions of the Ohio Security Policy and therefore a defense was not required.
