NM Court of Appeals Schedules Nov. 22 Hearing

The New Mexico Court of Appeals has scheduled a 2 p.m. Nov. 22 hearing at the Pamela B. Minzner Law Center. The oral argument is open to the public.A three-judge panel will preside: Judge Celia Foy Castillo ('81), Judge Michael E. Vigil and Judge Linda M. Vanzi ('95)

Barbara Waggoner, et al., Plaintiffs-Appellants, represented by Kerry Kiernan (`82), Shannon Bacon and Robert R. Feuille
vs.
The Town of Mesilla, New Mexico, et al., Defendants-Appellees, represented by Joseph Cervantes (`91) and L. Helen Bennett
Plaintiffs-Appellants state that an annexation of land by the defendants-appellees was not in accordance with state law and seek to have the trial court's upholding of the annexation overturned.
