NM Court of Appeals Schedules April 20 Hearing

The New Mexico Court of Appeals has scheduled a hearing at the Court of Appeals Pamela B. Minzner Law Center at 8:30 a.m. April 20. The oral argument is open to the public.Presiding will be Judge Michael Vigil (`77), Judge Robert Robles (`75) and Judge Tim Garcia (`84).
Following are the details of the case:
High Mesa General Partnership, Jon McCallister, David W. Harper and Placitas, Inc., plaintiffs-appellants represented by David A. Grammer III (`79)
vs.
William J. Patterson III, James Lawrence Sanchez, and James Lawrence Sanchez (`86) Trial Lawyer, P.C., defendants-appellees represented by Jacob A. Garrison and Pedro G. Rael
Plaintiffs-Appellants challenge the granting of the Defendants-Appellees motion for summary judgment, arising out of a Notice of Lis Pendens filed by the Defendants-Appellees against Plantiffs-Appellants’ property, while Defendants-Appellees had an administrative appeal pending with regards to Plantiffs-Appellants’ subdivision plat application being approved by the Board of County Commissioners for Sandoval County.
