NM Court of Appeals Schedules October 16, 1:30 PM Hearing

The New Mexico Court of Appeals has scheduled a hearing at the Pamela B. Minzner Law Center on Thursday, October 16, 2014. The oral argument is open to the public and begins at 1:30 P.M.
A three-judge panel will preside: Chief Judge Roderick Kennedy, Judge Jonathan B. Sutin (’63), and Judge Timothy L. Garcia (’84).

Appellant seeks review of District Court’s granting Appellees an easement based upon a conclusion that an unwritten easement existed and review of whether a Quiet Title Judgment extinguishes an easement by implication or necessity.
