NM Court of Appeals Schedules July 21 Hearing

The New Mexico Court of Appeals has scheduled a hearing at the Pamela B. Minzner Law Center on Thursday, July 21, 2011. The oral argument is open to the public and begins at 2:00 pm.

A three-judge panel will preside: Judge Celia Foy Castillo ('81), Judge Michael D. Bustamante ('74), and Judge Jonathan B. Sutin (`63).

Respondent-Appellant states that the district court has no jurisdiction of them, as the Petitioner-Appellee's petition and writ were not properly served.
