NM Court of Appeals Schedules November 1 Hearing

The New Mexico Court of Appeals has scheduled a hearing at the Pamela B. Minzner Law Center on Tuesday, November 1, 2011. The oral argument is open to the public and begins at 2 pm.

A three-judge panel will preside: Judge James J. Wechsler, Judge Linda M. Vanzi ('95), and Judge Timothy L. Garcia ('84).

vs.

GEA INTEGRATED COOLING ECHNOLOGY, Defendant-Appellant, represented by Adam W. Chase and R. Tracy Sprouls

IN THE MATTER OF THE PROTEST OF GEA INTEGRATED COOLING TECHNOLOGY.

Appellant argues that the lower court incorrectly found that a 2008 increase in the maximum penalty for failure to file a tax return or paid owed taxes should be applied retroactively.
