NM Court of Appeals Schedules October 22 Hearing

The New Mexico Court of Appeals has scheduled a hearing at the Pamela B. Minzner Law Center on Tuesday, October 22, 2013. The oral argument is open to the public and begins at 2:00 P.M.
A three-judge panel will preside: Judge James J. Wechsler, Judge Michael D. Bustamante (’74), and Judge Jonathan B. Sutin (’63)

Petitioner-Appellant seeks review of the Fourth Judicial District Court’s orders granting summary judgment to four of five defendants, on the basis that these entities owed no duty to Mrs. Archuleta and no joint venture existed between the five defendants.
