The New Mexico Court of Appeals has scheduled a hearing at the Pamela B. Minzner Law Center on Monday, October 20, 2014. The oral argument is open to the public and begins at 10:00 A.M.

A three-judge panel will preside: Chief Judge Roderick Kennedy, Judge Michael E. Vigil, and Judge M. Monica Zamora (’87).

Appellant seeks review of the issue of whether the Plaintiff’s claim of medical malpractice is barred by the three-year statute of repose in the Medical Malpractice Act, NMSA 1978, §§ 41-5-1, et seq. (1992).
