NM Court of Appeals Schedules July 12 Hearing

The New Mexico Court of Appeals has scheduled a hearing at the Pamela B. Minzner Law Center on Friday, July 12, 2013. The oral argument is open to the public and begins at 10:00 a.m.
A three-judge panel will preside: Chief Judge Roderick Kennedy, Judge Timothy L. Garcia (’84), Judge J. Miles Hanisee.

Appellants state that the District Court erred in finding that plaintiffs-appellants’ claims against Warren Power & Machinery, Ind. d/b/a Warren Cat and Brininstool Equipment Sales violated the applicable statue of limitations.
