NM Court of Appeals Schedules November 20 Hearing

The New Mexico Court of Appeals has scheduled a hearing at the Pamela B. Minzner Law Center on Tuesday, November 20, 2012. The oral argument is open to the public and begins at 2:00 pm.

A three-judge panel will preside: Chief Judge Celia Foy Castillo (’81), Judge Cynthia A. Fry (’81) and Judge Timothy L. Garcia (’84).

Appellants states that the order for arbitration was inappropriate after the appellee had twice invoked the discretionary power of the courts.
