FIRST NEW MEXICO BANK, Defendant-Appellee, represented by Lauren Keefe and Thomas D. Walker
Appellants were dairy farmers in Luna County and financed the purchase and construction of their dairy farm with loans from the Appellee. Appellants seek review of the Sixth Judicial District Court’s dismissal of their case with prejudice, its finding that the District court did not have jurisdiction over the loans in question, and the decision to not hold an evidentiary hearing.
