NM Court of Appeals Schedules July 12 Hearing

The New Mexico Court of Appeals has scheduled a hearing at the Pamela B. Minzner Law Center on Tuesday, July 12, 2011. The oral argument is open to the public and begins at 10:00 am.

A three-judge panel will preside: Judge Michael D. Bustamante ('74), Judge Jonathan B. Sutin (`63), and Judge Roderick Kennedy.

vs.

Halliburton Energy Services, Inc., Rick Grisinger, Richard Montman, And Karl E. Madden, Defendants-Appellants represented by Danny W. Jarrett, James L. Cook, W. Carl Jordan, Corey E. Devine

Defendants-Appellants claim that the trial court erred in not compelling arbitration, as the dispute was within the scope of a valid arbitration agreement.
