NM Court of Appeals Schedules April 23, 2014 10:00 AM Hearing

The New Mexico Court of Appeals has scheduled a hearing at the Pamela B. Minzner Law Center on Wednesday, April 23, 2014. The oral argument is open to the public and begins at 10:00 A.M.
A three-judge panel will preside: Judge James J. Wechsler, Judge Michael D. Bustamante ('74), Judge Cynthia A. Fry ('81).

Intervenor-Appellant requests review of District Court's denial of Appellant's Application to be Appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Daniel Spoon and her Petition to Intervene on behalf of her son in a wrongful death lawsuit arising out of the death of Noah's father, Daniel Spoon.
