NM Court of Appeals Schedules April 22, 2014 2:00 PM Hearing

The New Mexico Court of Appeals has scheduled a hearing at the Pamela B. Minzner Law Center on Tuesday, April 22, 2014. The oral argument is open to the public and begins at 2:00 P.M.
A three-judge panel will preside: Chief Judge Roderick Kennedy, Judge Michael D. Bustamante ('74), Judge Timothy L. Garcia ('84).

Plaintiff-Appellant, a certified teacher for the Seventh-day Adventist Church, seeks review of Second Judicial District Court's dismissal of her breach of contract complaint and claims for retaliation, intentional interference with contract, defamation and conspiracy based upon the ministerial exception and church autonomy doctrines.
